Master Bathroom, Walk-In Closet by Bathroom Remodeler in Henrico

Moving walls can transform odd spaces into more functional areas improving the way you live in your home.  Working with this bathroom remodeler in Henrico makes the process easy. The original bathroom was cramped so this homeowner decided to expand the lavatory into the old closet and turn an unused living room into an incredible walk in master closet. The above photo shows the beautiful green, granite and vessel sink paired with a solid maple vanity.  The plank style tile flooring is a weathered, wood like.

In the photo above, you can see the new layout of the lavatory.  Originally, the latrine was located on the wall under the window.  Since the master closet has been moved into the existing living room, this was a great opportunity to create more space around the tub.  The latrine is now located on the wall opposite of the tub giving the homeowner more room to move around.  The tub surround was re-tiled with a gray marble style, subway tile.  The homeowner chose oil rubbed bronze fixtures and Benjamin Moore, Revere Pewter for the wall color.

As a bathroom remodeler in Henrico, it is easy for us to create new floor plans.  The above photo gives you a better idea about how the new master on-suite flows.  The entry from the master bedroom into the vanity  area was widened and you can see the new entry into the huge master closet.

The original doorway from the home’s foyer into the living room was on the left wall adjacent to the window (below).  It has been closed off to create the walk in closet.  The shelving and closet rods were installed by Closet Factory. The Closet Factory has a wide variety of hanging and storage options to create a semi-custom closet system with your needs in mind.  There is original hardwood flooring under the carpet.  The homeowner plans to remove the carpet and have all of the hardwood refinished.

Rated 5 out of 5

Recently, I had the privilege of working with Aaron Jeffrey of A. Leigh Construction. I had a very short time-frame (1 month) to have my Master Bathroom, Closet remodel, and overall redo of my new house. Not only did Aaron and his team over deliver on the quality of their work— they finished everything on budget and just in time for me to move in. I would highly recommend Aaron to anyone who needs help with remodeling a kitchen, bathroom, finishing a basement or attic space. I promise, you will not be disappointed.
